using seeds after flowering

ok so i had a hermi and i got some seeds... truth is.. its some bomb as weed and i want to use the seeds... do i have to wait to use the seeds.. make them cold to trick them that winter came.. i have had them in the process of germinating for about 4 or 5 days at not one outa the like 12 i have has sprouted... weird.. anyone know ? ?

No you shouldnt have to trick them. How do they look, are they mature?
Color? Shape? What happens when you squeeze them in between your fingers? (squeeze before germ)

That shit happend to me too cause it's not warm enough over here I believe. I had to take two normal dinner size bowls and put 2 folded paper towels that were nice and moist with 3 day old tap water sitting exposed to room temp. I put the seeds between both towels, put the bowl on top of the other to ensure complete darkness inside, put it on the top shelf of my closet with a black shirt over the bowl. I did this and I had a 7/7 success rate! after having nothing germinate for 2 days using a diff method.

I always had good luck germinating seeds that were fresh. No tricks necessary. I used the wet paper towels to germinate and had no problems.
