you should choose one or the other
but i tih nk its not the best for the plants to be in and out you should choose or the other

Well nothing beats outside sunlight. I only have 5 13 watt CFL lights on that plant and i have plenty of stuff to kill the bugs if they decided to attack. But it shouldnt do anything to the plant since im moving it from light to light then back to more light.
