Smell?
Im Moving into a apartment and im going to start growing. do you think my neighbors could smell the plants??

Check the growing section, read the stickies, use the search function. youtube has some great videos (just type in grow cannabis, or marijuana),then ask questions. Thats the best advise I can give you.
