Flowering seedling, WTF!?!?!?

Looks like it just topped itself. I see two sets of new growth in the most recent pics. And that last pic of the biggest seedling looks like it has topped itself also. Wierd.

im not sure what you mean by "topping themselves" or the "2 sets of new growth" in my other plants, please explain.

i know what topping is, i just dont see why you believe that the plants have somehow done it to themselves..

An MJ plant grows straight up with the main stem always growing into new sets of leaves, where the branches will grow. We call this an internode. If you cut or crush the main stem, the branches groing at the new highest internode will both become new mainstems. That's what topping is. Some of us think that the seedling either had a deformity or maybe got scraped by the seed casing... in some way got topped (not thru any fault of yours). It's just us conjecturing on what might cause this strange growth. You have to admit, it's stunted.

stunted for sure, we can all agree it is much smaller compared to the other plants.

however, the "topping theory" cannot explain the pistils clearly visible in the first and second set of pictures i posted. the pistils are still there, but have been covered by the new growth.

lets assume it is possible to somehow top a seedling before it has developed any leaves. wouldnt the expected result be for it to develop 4 separate single-leaflets rather than the usual 2? this is not the case as the pictures clearly show.
the new growth does not resemble leaves, and i have no idea what to call it at this point other than "growth."

id love to hear more ideas on what could be goin on here if anyone has some.

I'm not trying to spoil your mutant's appeal... just makin' guesses. As to why there would be a pistil clearly visible, I don't think that's what it was. It looked more like an exposed artery or something. Who knows... maybe it's not of this planet

sup blades. first 3 plants look Indica dominate, 4th plant looks Sativa dominate. and who knows what the fuck that seedling is. let me know what you guys think, peace

Yeah from that big picture right there it looks likes some pistols but very odd looking ones. But it does also look like it has 2 main stems to me. So that is 2 odd things on one seedling. You might have some really deformed plant or some crazy strain know one knows about. Im interested on seeing it all grown up

ive seen some plants get like one or two pistils on it but then vegged fine but just some crazy genetics but its not budding, cant right now impossible

and the other plants look great tho what sort of soil are you using looks a little burnt at the ends of those fan leaves

miracle grow. i noticed it was burning them so i flushed them twice. the spots dont look like they are growing and the new leaves look healthy so im hoping they will be ok now.

ill put up some new pictures in a little while.

Pistils on a fresh seedling? Were they accurate - ie. were the plants in question indeed female? I have heard that preflowers are good indicators, but not the be-all-end-all in determining sex.

ya it was a clone so the pistils might have even been on there before they come off the mother, but they were on there and veggged for a while and flowered it
