A few questions about a grow Help appreciated

Okay, so I am attempting to build a computer case to grow in. The case I got is about 16x7x24. Here's what I have so far

As you can see I have gutted it and begun to light proof it with some foil tape, but I have some questions. At first I thought to use CFLs to grow, but I already bought a pyrex bake a round and I'm not sure there is much point in using that if I'm just using cfls. Does it make sense to build a cool tube for CFLs? Also, I'm under the impression that if I want to use 2 lights I would have to buy an extra 2 for the flowering stage because they would be the right color temp, is this also true? I also thought about getting a 70 watt HPS to use with the cool tube, would I need more than one for different stages? The last thing is about reflection. I'm wondering whether it makes sense to put reflective surfaces on all of the sides of the case. thanks in advance for any help in answering these questions.

No cool tube for cfl. maybe a fan if u have a whole lot. can u get an hps in a pc grow?

yeah, 2 different cfl types . one flower, one veg.

I've been using the soft white ones for veg and it seems to be working alright.

Yeah for sure. people have done 150 watt hps in copmuters. Look at this: http://www.icmag.com/ic/showthread.php?t=64551
Thats a 70 watt hps in a speaker smaller than a computer.

Yeah, you can use either one the whole way through of course, but some gardeners get picky. I usually don't care which ones i get when i buy them...

The other thing that I forgot to mention was that I'm going to run it 12/12 from the start. Also, I'm still looking for more opinions about whether to go with hps or cfl provvided that I already have a pyrex bake around tube for the cool tube.

My first grow I used two 50w HPS' from clone to harvest. I actually like HPS because the light is pretty intense and is way cooler than a bunch of CFLs. CFLs individually don't create heat. But I tried using some with my two 50w HPS' and it got really hot. They seem to create a lot of heat when you have quite a few.

For beginner growing, those 50-70w HPS' are awesome, and they are small. Low budget is needed for a stealth grow.

About the reflective material, you could paint the inside or buy some mylar. I wouldn't use that foil tape that much or foil itself. It's not that reflective and could great hot spots which hinder growth because the Stomata on the undersides of the leaf aren't getting fresh air (if you don't know what I'm taking about pm me about the grand importance of air circulation).

Because of that, I think you should also get two 120mm computer fans that are at least 100+ cfm. That'll do your ventilation trick.

Okay, so I went to lowes today looking for lights. I didn't buy any, I was just trying to get an idea of what the prices would be like not online. I can get 42 watts for 10.48 a piece, but they only had soft white (2700k). I was thinking of using 3 cfls for the grow, and since I'd need soft white and cool white, that would be 6 lights costing 62.88 without tax. I also found a 70 watt hps security light for 52 that I could make a remote ballast with, and I already have a pyrex bake a round tube for a cool tube. Which one would give better results? I also found a 3 pack of 26 watt cfls for 12.98, so 25.96 for all 6. Would it make sense to use more 26 watt cfls or less 42 watt cfl at those prices if I chose CFL?
