New York Sour Diesel Indoor

Whats up guys and gals. I don't have access to a camera right now but asap ill get some pics up so i can get some suggestions and input.

my setup consists of the following:
i have an estimated 1x3x6' closet that has been used for previous operations.
I have a Vortex fan which cancels out all that heat that my 400 watt metal halide/hps light generates. Every side of the closet excluding the door has a 4' flourescent running vertically. Im doing a soil grow right now because my last hydro attempt turned bad. I have a local sour diesel clone that i got rooted for about 20 beans. it has grown about 1.5' and to the point where i have taken about 9 cuttings or so. Im in the process of cloning the diesel and sprouting my blue cheese seeds from the barnies seed bank, hoping that the three will sprout at around the same time the clones root. My metal halide bulb is malfunctioning so i put in my hps bulb instead. will it stress the plants from going to different kinds of light? I have the clones in the dome rooting in soil. I used hormone and planted most in miracle grow seed starter which also enhances root growth. i dont really like mg but fuck it it was all the hardware store had that seemed best. A couple cuttings are in rockwool. I put tinfoil over and poked holes in it assuming that blocking some of those strong rays is important. Knowing what you know now...how would you go about this grow. No illogical comments please. Thanks everyone

Going from HPS to MH to CFL and back and forth never hurt any of my plants. Grow sounds fine.
