Experienced growers: Switching from MG organic to FF Ocean forest

Alright guys i posted in the sick plants section a few days ago because my plants were getting off to a bit of a slow start and looked as if they were nitrogen starved. Everyone kept saying switch to fox farm and i really wanted to but it just wasn't very economical. Well today i bit the bullet and did a road trip to get some Ocean forest 3 cu. feet. and the tri pack of nutes (tiger bloom, big bloom, and grow big.)

Currently i have 4 ak47, 2 are 16 days along and the other 2 are 18 days.
they are in mg organic (30% perlite) right now under 6 27w cfls in 4 solo cups.
all 4 received an 8th oz of worm casting turned into the top layer of soil on sunday, along with a watering.

I put all my time into figuring how to grow without using good nutes and just using stuff that can be bought at walmart home depot etc. anyways i plan on transplanting each into a gallon pot, and then into 5 gal buckets.

Now i think i have a grasp on this pretty well this is what i intend on doing:

Transplant into gallon pots, water in with super thrive (how much though i've read 2 drops in a gallon all the way to 2 drops in a cup of water can i get some advice on that)

From what i understand i'm to use big bloom throughout the whole grow for micrnutrients( on the bottle it says start using when shows flowering advice on that?) is it every other watering?

when should i start givin these plants some nutrients? should i transplant water in with the amount of superthrive then wait till the next watering and give it some big bloom then next watering some grow big or can i ad grow big and big bloom at the same time?

alright thanks that should get me on the way,
help me out guys i went and bought the stuff suggested now can i get some senior growers to give a little input?
thanks in advance

o and one last thing when transplanting should i put the whole contents of my solo cup in the new container or try and shake off some of the MG?

Little old of a thread, but its 1 drop per gallon, the instructions clearly state how many drops per gallon.

1 mL per Gallon -

Hmm... I wasn't aware Big Bloom was for the whole flowering cycle, but the Fox Farm website says it is (PDF):

http://www.foxfarmfertilizer.com/soilfeed.pdf

I wouldn't go crazy with the nutes, though. The FFOF soil has a lot of nutrients already. Every time you transplant, you're "feeding" the plants for awhile. The Fox Farm feeding schedule encourages you to use as much of their product as possible, that's for sure. Does anyone really use 3 tsps. per gallon of Grow Big on their three-week-old plants? Sounds like a bit much.

When transplanting the Solo cup, you can gently break up the bottom of the root ball (which will be shaped like the bottom of the cup, obviously). Don't rip it apart, just work it a little between your fingers. It'll settle into the bigger pot better, and point the roots in new directions.
