I am growing Dutch Passion's Green Spirit feminized. I have 4 plants that are at 2 weeks of flowering as of today. I have been LSTing them since i started them. I have a 400w HPS and used 400w MH conversion bulb for veg. I am using a coco coir/perlite mix from a hydro store. They are currently on flowering feeding schedule with Optimum Hydroponix nutrients and Foxfarm additives. I also used bushmaster on the first week of flowering to see how it works and because i dont want them to shoot up really high. Im trying to keep them fairly low so they maintain in LST fashion. SO here are a few pics ill be updating every couple weeks or so to show how the buds start to fill out. The first pics are from 3 weeks ago just before flowering and the second set of pics are from today, marks 2 weeks of flowering. Comments, Enjoy

Yeah im gonna need as much luck as i can get bc im hoping for at least 10oz. 12oz is what my goal is but no less than 10oz is exceptable.. haha
Anyone think i'll be able to pull it off?

Or at least any ideas of what i might get. lets see who gets the closest to the end result(dried)

Ok here is an update of the plants. i took these pics today. they are now at 3 weeks and 3 days(from switching lights to 12/12) and starting to fatten up

sorry for the yellow HPS pics. Maybe ill take some night shots soon.

here is another update. yesterday was the 4 week mark. hopefully these pics are better, i got the flash going so it drians out the HPS as much as possible. I also found out the other day that one of the plants must have hermied because some of the buds are producing seeds!! When i found out i was sooo angry, i looked everywhere for the pollen sacks but just cant find them i have no idea where all the pollen came from. I hope it doesnt effect my yield of bud!!

trogdor, if I may ask, what are the dimensions of the room that you are growing in and your light configuration? I like your set-up and want to sort of mimic it.

Hey banshee,
No problems answering any quetions
The room(closet) dimensions are 4'x2'x6.5'
The light is a 400w i have a homemade cooler system hooked up to it. at the top of my closet above the doors i had just enough room to install a thru wall fan. i then hooked up 6" ducting to the fan and hooked it to my light. I also got some plastic tubing from tap plastics hooked up to the end of the ducting so i can get really close to the bulb almost covering the end of it. I also keep a small fan down by the plants running all the time when the light is on. I usually keep the temp at 70-80. If you dont get some kind of cooled light or do something like that then it will get way too hot in there.

i had some seeds in my experimental greenhouse grow last year and i cut the males down very early and still had some seeds
its just the strain or maybe genetics or just bad luck
my white widow grow yielded about 7 ounces and not a single seed to be found yet but i paid nearly 100 for the seeds but it was so worth it.....lol
hopefully ull be fine with a few seeds here and there

Stress will cause plants to turn hermi and grow seeds.. but.. seedy bud is still good.

no idea how much u will get.. but id like to know cos i have pretty much the same set up. but more height

how long u gonna leave them flowering?

thanks guys. i hope the seeds at least develope enough so i can use them. And i just hope that they dont effect yield too much, im very worried.

Im planning on letting them flower for 8 weeks. that is how long they are suppose to take according to Dutch Passion

No i dont have a carbon filter or any smell controll other than an air freshener hanging on my wall next to my room door haha. its not too much of an issue i kinda like when my whole house smells like fresh buds
