Fuck Inside Sun

Do NOT buy anything from InsideSun. I ordered a 400W HPS light from there ~3 weeks ago. I sent in my money order, waited a week. Nothing. I called the number given on the website, and no one answered. My call was promptly returned, at which point I inquired about the status of my order. I was told my money order had not arrived, which was odd. It should have been there 3 or 4 days before I called. Oh well.

I continued to call over the next 5-7 days, and was told the same thing each time. I called Western Union, and was told the money order had not been cashed yet. Great. At this point I'm thinking 1 of 2 things:my money order was lost in the mail, or my money order had been received by Inside Sun, and they hadn't cashed it yet. Just speculation, but my guess is that the light is out of stock, or something, and by not cashing the money order they can cover their asses and just say they haven't received it yet.

So since then, I've talked to NOBODY. Every call has gone un-answered, and un-returned. It's been a week since I've talked to anyone at Inside Sun. I've left a message, so maybe that will get some results. But as of now, Inside Sun is acting very unprofessionally, even downright shady.

Any advice would be great, but I mostly just wanted to warn you guys and say FUCK Inside Sun


Edit-I just called Western Union again and found out that the money order was cashed on Feb. 11th. Maybe things will be ok. I still don't understand why I haven't talked to anyone despite numerous calls.

i used inside sun about 4 years ago, everything came promptly and was good? maybe it's just bad luck, or a problem on the money order side... i got my friend to use his credit card last time... good luck!

your not very smart for sending western union to a person you dont know. its untraceable and you can do little if the reciever decided just to keep the cash and not ship the product since there is no 3rd party system. i suggest using a credit card or paypal next time. but you never know shipping could just take forever. good luck.

Since it has been cashed ask western union if they will check to which bank account it was cashed to. Money orders are traceable. I know because I had to pay rent with it once and the company tried telling me that I didn't pay, so I took the proof from the bank they cashed it and everything was all sorted out. You'll be alright but it might be while before everything will work out.

Well, everything come today, which is great. I'm still mad that nobody answered my calls or returned a call or anything. Very unprofessional in my opinion. Everything looks great, which is awesome, very cheap. It took 3 weeks but I'm just glad to have everything.

Great prices and product, poor customer service and shipping times.
