Fertilizer question

I am having problems finding a proper fertilizer for flowering, the best thing around here are Jobes spikes for tomatoes, NPK 8-24-8.
I read a lot of threads that talk about this being bad because it can burn your plants, but what if I crush it and dilute in water, will it still cause problems???

I am in central america, that is actually the best I have found for flowering, there is nothing with the proper NPK ratio for flowering.
I was trying to do it organic, I found everything I need but I can't find a good source of P.
Bone meal is not sold in this country anymore since the last mad cow outbreak about 10 years ago; could I make my own bone meal with a hammer and bones?

Damn If you are in Central America you should have a large abundance of Bat Guano, You can not locate any bat or sea bird gauno ???? Processed bone meal is sanitized so therefore safe for plant growth, I really wouldn't suggest trying to make your own.

I was thinking of that, but its a rain forrest, its hard to get in, a lot of things waiting to bite, sting or cut you; I am not doing it for a little bit of bat shit..
I can find a couple of bats sleeping on a tree, but not a cave with mounds of guano like in the movies, and we have all kinds of bats, some eat bugs and fish, some eat fruit and some drink blood; I assume they'll have different components in their shit.
I can probably locate some sea bird droppings, but what exactly am I looking for? any kind of bird will do? pelicans and seagauls are all around so I can collect some of that, but how much do I need?
I am able to give them all the miocronutrients and lots of Potassium with a worm casting juice they sell here, but thats about it, I've been flowering for 3 weeks and my buds are xtra small....

Any seabird guano will do, Just collect as much as you can and bake in a 400 degree oven for 30 min. to kill any unwanted bacteria or disease, then crush into a fine powder and add 1/2 cup per gallon of water.

If it is to difficult to acquire any guano and you must use the plant stakes just dissolve 1 stick per gallon of water, then add 1 cup to your worm juice and feed if you do not see any burning slowly increase the dosage.

I'll try to do the bird guano thing, but its going to take a lot of shit to fill 1/2 a cup; they usually look like little paint chips from all the sun they get...
I was just looking at your plants man, mad props; but I am really disapointed now, I thought my plants didn't look that bad, but they look like crap next to yours...
I'll have to do the spikes this week becasue after looking at your, my plants are definetly needing something, I'll stop by the beach this weekend to get some bird guano.
Thanks for all the help, I really appreciate it....

yes, but its so expensive to bring things down here, I had to buy my HPS kit online cause they don't sell that here, and I ended paying more in local taxes and customs duties than I did for the ballast, reflector and bulb.
I will probably end up doing that for my next grow, but right now its not possible since my plants are already flowering, and it takes a couple of weeks to ship.
