im getting some seeds tomorrow, and i have a plant growers light (one from office buildings kinda) i want to grow it in my pbasement.its cold and damp. the guy thats giving me the seeds said this

put seed between to water soaked paper towel for about a week. then put them in 20 20 20 soil.

whats 20 20 20 soil, think i can get top soil and pour on the miracle grow?

can i get some care tips, advice on my grow location

have u read Sid's grow guide? If not read that first. When you put the seeds between two wet paper towels keep them in a cool and dry place. Make sure its in total darkness. It will sprout in 2-3 days.

just realized i dont have any dry places. can i make an articial dry place?
