I have about $50 i can spend on lighting equipment. Should i get 4 24 inch floros? Or should i go with a HPS light? What could i get for an HPS for $50? I will be growing 2 or 3 plants in a 2 foot by 3 foot by 5 foot closet.

goto ebay and see if you can get lucky with a HPS
if not just goto Home depot and look for the lighting section where they keep outdoor wall mounted lights.....get the 75watt HPS light.....comes with no plug in cord soo you will need a few extra dollars for a thick cable......
then run that light for 19 hours on and 5 off......dont want the light to burn its self useless.....if i understood things correctly in other forums HPS needs to rest to recharge.....
If you wanted to run 24/7 you could just substitute a few flouros while the hps is resting.
