naa its the fact that light can get to the roots... truthfully i suggest you put it in something bigger too.

hey guys been a while since i posted an update, well no pictures untill friday thats when i get a new camera. neways yesterday i went and got some foxfarm ocean soil and 3gallon pots for my transplant. i transplated them and everything i bought the 3pack foxfarm nutes. everything was going smooth untill this morning well i woke up and i water my plants once a day and thats usally when i wake up and i check on em twice a day. well this morning i watered my 2 babys since there the only ones left candace and christina and i guess today when i put candace back up close to the light i dident place her rite. so when i got home from work i went in my grow room and checked and all over the floor is soil it turns out candace fell on the ground face up i quickly pushed through the soil and found her (not much left of her). her roots are cut short now and idk if she has chance of survival. i placed her ina small pot to let the root system regrow and plan to keep her in it for a week and then later re transplant her. i dont think she has much chance of living because b4 i transplanted her into antoher pot and half of the roots dident come with it. it slowly started to grow but now its even shorter than before theres not really any damage to the leaves or anything they look fine except one has a little tear but thats fine it will just die off but im hopeing that she will re grow as for christina shez doing fine and still has the currlying of the leaves but growth is good ill have pics on friday if you only see one plant pic then it means RIP CANDACE

yeah clear containers have no bearing on root health really but it can cause other shit to grow in the soil you may not want but in a small container you can get away with it.

they look great man. yeah with the watering, i have found i get great growth if i only water when the soil gets pretty much completely dry. but if your watering ways are working(which they look like they are) keep it up.

overwatering can encourage bugs too. (I know from experience )

I know its tempting, but try to let them dry out quite a bit between waterings, your plants will love you for it.

In the early stages like this it will take longer for the plant to use up all the water in the soil, but one the roots get developed, youll have a hard time keeping them wet!
