i'm shocked by this thread. maybe it's because i'm in the intraweb business, but anyone posting their email address is just inviting trouble -- most obvious of which is spam. i should start a new thread on basic internet/network security. the first lesson would be about Tor.

And haven't you guys heard of bittorrent? http://www.mininova.org/tor/918957

obviously everyone's making email accounts just for this reason, after they get the book they'll never visit the accounts again so spam isn't a problem.
