Are "Daylight" CFL's the same as "Bright White" CFL's?????

We're runnin a 400 HPS w/ hortilux bulb, but have been supplimenting with 320 worth of CFL's; half "bright white" and half "soft white" (all 40/42 watts).

We are in veg, and have learned that we'll need to replace some of our "soft/warm white" cfl's with "daylight" ones until theyre ready to be put back in for flowering...

However, when we bought these, we were unaware of the difference amongst the CFL light spectrums emitted. Are our "Bright White" bulbs (which, in my opinion put out more of a white/blue light, much like a MH, than the soft white do) the same as a "Daylight" bulb?

Any info appreciated.

look at the kelvin rating on the bulbs or package for veg u want 6500-5000k & for flowering u want 3100-2700k. Daylight color temp is 5000K to 6500K, & Bright White color temp is around 5000k, depending on manufacture
