Humidity vs. No humidity in grow room?

What do you guys think, I have heard you do want like 60-80% humidity during veg and cut it half for flowering... Then I hear there should be no humidity b/c it messes up the resinating coat on the plants, or increases mold potential... Whats your intake, and what are your humidity levels set at?

I have heard higher humidity during veg is good, I think up to 80% or something like that? During flowering you want to keep humidity low because it causes more resin production and prevents your buds from molding.
