Put seeds into glass of room temp. water and let them sit overnight. The seeds that alive will sink to the bottom, When you drop the seeds in they should bounce right back to the top. If they are all still floating the next morning give them a poke to see if they sink. After this grab a dixie cup and put some soil and plant it. You can always plant it in your actual growing medium you plan on using.

This is the fastest way that me and everyone I know have found. Fuck paper towels. And bleach?I don't know about that one....

Bleach doesn't sound too good. I don't know much about it, but wouldn't that damage the seeds?

Paper towels are a pretty easy way to get started. I haven't tried what NorCal posted, but I've seen the method around the forums, so you might wanna give that a try. Good luck bud! I just started my first grow w/the paper towel option, and it worked.

Yes, put a few drops of bleach in the water you plan to spray the paper towel with. Bleach prevents mold if it take a few days to sprout. Check out stylez thread on germination too.

Mould takes more than 24 hrs to grow with pure h2o,and the PT method only takes 24hrs and you know by seeing the taproot your chances are high it will pop through. It sucks waiting endless days hoping it will pop through when it never really sprouted at all.
