help on size of pots

i've got a couple of these

http://www.rubbermaid.com/rubbermaid...d=HPProd150039

and im thinking of using these to grow in. planning on wrapping them in aluminum tape or mylar.

could i possibly grow 2 plants in one 6 gallon container? it seems like a waste to grow one, but it seems like it could be crowded for 2.

any advice?

you makin a DWC with that? or soil?

with soil that can handle 2 plants just fine....even a third if you limit the time spent in that box. for soil, 1 month lived per gallon of root space is a loose guideline.

with hydro DWC you could probly get even more plants in there.... if it is a DWC setup i personally prefer individual smaller buckets per plant.

and these are black so i dont need to bother w/ the tape check them out you can get 5 gallon 2 gallon or 1 gallon containers/lids.

5 gallon here

and 1 and 2 gallon here

it jsut depends if you are going to do a bunch of small plants or a couple large ones really.... I have a ten gallon rubbermaid type container and it was dirt cheap and perfect for a cabinet and two decent sized plants.
