Do you people think this i a good way for growing root damaged plants???

Do you people think that it is possible to put my 3 months old plant with damaged roots in a bubble bucket or just in the soil?I mean is it worth to build a to bubble bucket system in a basement and grow under 2700k and 5000k cfl if anyone thinks it is a good plan please send me some pics of a good bubble bucket system or schematics and stuff i would greatly aprecciate for any help,and i was wondering what kind of water goes to a bubble bucket system what ph level and that stuff?thnx
