Hi guys

fairly new to growing and just wanted to find out what topping the pants is all about and what advantages it has.
Also if im growing using hydroponics and i wanted to top my plants when and how do i go about it?

Check out the sticky in the absolute beginners section called topping and fimming its from dier wolf and the pics are amazing, it will show you exactly where to snip the plant to top or fim it, topping stops the traditional 1 top look of a plant and creates 2 colas (or tops) , if u top again u can create more tops, keep in mind if u top it slows down ur vertical growth, and lets the side growth catch up to it, toping is a simple method to get a better yield, or if ur limited in height in ur grow space it can help keep ur plants in control height wise.
