First off when I would take those plants and pot them each in thier own pot. As once they get bigger, that small pot will not be big enought for 3 plants, and when then get biggre the roots will be tangled up with each other in the soil and you will never get them apart...

I like the Advanced Nutrients, http://www.advancednutrients.com/nutcalc3public/

you really need to get them into separate containers. hell even 2 litre soda bottles will do. anything to get those roots in their own home. even with how small they are, the roots are growing faster then the leaves at that stage and will soon if not already entangle.

Well first off stop trimming leaves, if you want to grow a palm tree grow a palm tree Secondly get the god damn light down within an inch or 2 of the top of the plant cuz there stretching. Maybe to help them stand up right pack some more dirt around there base. Actually adding another 2 inches of dirt wouldn't hurt it's not like any buds are going to grow down there anyway. Thirdly read every thread in my sig twice and you'll know what to do.

hey thx for replying man... 1-2 inches? isn't that too close? the temp in the closet is around 87-88 degrees which worries me... should I add another intake/outtake fan? i think that by tomorrow they'll have straightened up by themselves as happened with the bigger plant. i've read those threads

don't trim then until they are bigger.. and they are definitely stretching towards the light.

Don't trim them AT ALL unless you're doing scrog, topping and firming are different then trimming leaves, your plants need all the leaves it can get at this stage. And yes 1"-2" is possible and idea with CFL's. Basically the rule of thumb is if you can keep your hand that close you can keep the plants that close. Given the heat you've already got in the closet though ya id add more exhaust/intake and be watering a lot till you get the heat down, but only add more if the air going into the closet is lower then 87-88 degrees or else there'd be no point. Remember you're gonna need a LOT more light come flowering time so even though plants can live at that heat level you want to get it down now while you can.

great post. moved the bulbs closer. i think the exhaust's the problem - will get another. hmmm now i have 9x22W = 198W but i've got a problem with the wiring and i'm not using a bulb i should be... so when i fix it tomorrow = 220W... i'm thinking of a 250W HPS for flowering. what are your thoughts? is that enough or should i go for 400W (real temp problems i guess)

its up to you, your yield will increase with a 250w hps, but plenty of people have gotten good yeild with cfl's. Do some searching...
