1st grow setup, criticism please!

Alright, I've read around this site (great info by the way) and wanted to share my soon to be setup for criticism. I'm open for ANY advice.

It will be indoor obviously, the box I was looking at is 72" tall x 28" wide x 20" deep, already painted white on the inside and out.

I was considering two setups...
1) Just about identical setup to this thread;

with 4-5 10" pots at the bottom, 2 large holes for the intake (black pvc piping to hide light), 400w HPS light, same setup for lights/ballast/exhaust fan as the thread. Then, make a small separate box for cloning.

or

2) Use that same box, and make a 2 level LST box. Cut the box in half basically, top 3' for one setup, bottom 3' for another. I haven't read much on what lighting to use for LST, but I'd like to know if it's possible or not. Could two 250w HPS's be used (one each compartment)?

im currently in my first grow 3 weeks into flower and i have 5 girls in a grow space of 6ft x 4ft and 8ft high i went sea of green and put them into flower at 1ft tall now 3 weeks later i have no room to move within my grow space and my tallest plant is nearly as tall as me so in the future the first thing i will always ask myself is have i got enough room. MAKE SURE YOU DO.

They grew that much taller during flowering?

I have a 4 foot box, im not sure when I should switch mine over to flowering

you will get 2/3 of the final height in the flower cycle, if you LST them through veg and as long as you can during flower you can keep prob 2 plants in that cab, allowing 10"X14" per plant and a height of 72" -the space you 400watt hps takes and -12" from the light to tops of branches so take off 16" at least and it gives you a height of 56" from floor to top of grow area and -the height of your pots, around 10" gives you 46" of actual plant height, so final dimensions are 10D"X14W"x46H" per plant with 2 in chamber--------and thats tight squeeze
