Why does the 3rd set of leaves have 5 sections on one plant and only 3 on the other?

Was curious why the third set of leaves would only have 3 sections on the leaf and the other plant have 5. These two plants are different strains but I see the same thing happening on identical strains.

Assuming those are growing under the same conditions, most likely it's just genetics and no big deal at all.
