to tip or not to tip?

to tip or not to tip?Ive got 14 clones just ready to go on a budding cycle and would like to know what would be best tip the tops or leave them as is , i what quality not so much quantity but as you know both would be best:P! please help? (strain is sativa )

btw I have a 600w bulb if that makes any dif?

do you mean top? and topping will make your plant bush out, if theyr past the 4th node id say go for it as it will give you more budsites and better light coverage as opposed to going for a big cola, got pics?

Ive done that and seen two different reaction.. you may have 2 nice colas, or the other you may have two small buds.... At each top///Gluck

If they are clones then I say top one and leave the rest and see how it turns out. It depends alot on your growing style sea of green or bushes. Under a 600 watt light your not really going to have the room for 14 topped plants as the tend to bush out quite a bit once topped. You could prune them to have 4 main sites each though. I say top one for experimental purposes, some strains dont respond well to topping.

I say read DierWolf's sticky threads about LST & Topping and Fimming and go for it. The yield will be higher. Much more of the plant benefits from your 600W with LST and topping because in effect the plant grows horizontally.
