Febreze TrueAir Carbon Filter Wall plug in

I just bought one for my grow room and the thing actually works. It took away the smell of my almost 4 week old plants. Doubled with a glade plug people can't even tell I have a grow room. It was $15 at Walmart.

I just got one of these febreze wall plugin carbon filters.

I was actually just at wall mart and I was going to buy some odor-neutralizer, and a fan, but when I was in the fan section I saw this thing.

It saved me a bit of money actually... Cause I couldn't find a cheap fan, and this thing comes with carbon filter, odor neutralizer and a pretty quiet fan.

Oh and aparently it's rated to last four months, before you have to buy a nother $6 replacement filter

Any updates on the Febreze air filter? I'm considering purchasing one. My current DIY setup for my first grow is only 3+ cubic feet and I'm only going for one fully grown plant, LST'd. I'm using bag seed since I'm only in the experimentation phase. I'm also planning on using CFLs -- at least 3 or 4. Anyway... I'm hoping to use the Febreze filter to both mask the smell and as an exhaust fan (since the cab is so small). Would this be effective at both covering smell (throughout the veg. / flowering / drying stages) and do you think it could push enough air out of the cab to keep it cool enough to grow?

Thanks for the info! I saw one of those Fabreeze filter fan things and wondered if they worked. Now I will get one next time I'm at Wallyworld.

It works good for pushing air, considering the size it will fool you of how powerful it is.

It works for now but a month into flower it wont...Trust me I know from experience. Invest in a quality carbon scrubber it will save you time and money.

Actually Odorsoks work quite well for a small to medium size space, I have one myself and it works great even with the stankiest purple in my closet. I think mordgrow was just a lil careless he was constantly bringing in tons of building materials and using power tools in a rental house, Im sure the neighbours where very suspicious, Plus I saw from his last op he was attempting to use his basement and it wasn't sealed properly carbon scrubber or not if you have leaks you are in for some trouble.
