a viable seed should need no help sprouting as long as you provide ideal conditions. one way to encourage rapid root growth is to add some myco-somthing-or-other fungi. sorry, i can't for the life of me think of what it's really called. someone here will know what i'm trying to think of and post it's real name, i believe.

I've heard of using superthrive or some type of seaweed extract..you would add those to the pH'd water and soak the rockwool cubes or jiffy cubes in there. its suposed to fight fungus and help establish root systems.

so even tho the answer is no, Im still givin props for thinkin outside the box on this one...

yeah superthrive is high in vitamin b which is a root booster ... i honestly can't see rooting powder doing anything until the seed sprouts ..... oooo also i can't see superthrive doing anything until it does sprout ... but it would provide a healthy enviroment for brand new fresh roots to grow into
