Couple of questions

Hi Everyone,

Im new to growing and was just wondering a couple of questions, firstly im thinking of using a 400w light for 4 plants in a home made grow cabinet and wondered is this amount of light going to be sufficient, Im fairly paranoid about the whole thing and though i have carbon filter on the outlet and and everything runs quietly and nobody knows a thing about it, i just wanted any advice from you more experienced growers as how to stay safe, we have a heklicopter over quite alot and was worried about the camera picking up the heat. The wife says im being ridiculous and that amount wouldnt be a problem, theyd just confiscate but im not sure.

My last question is what is the reason as to why any weed i buy in Amsterdam smells and tastes alot different form anything i get at home and we do get some amazing stuff, i have a friend who has been growing for years and his stuff though salways strong and a pleasent smoke nothing seems to have that something the stuff bought in Amsterdam does, anybody know why??

hey man, yea, 400w hps is perfect for 4 plants. dont get so sketched about the copters. be realistic, the police are focusing on meth for the past few years. nobody is going to take notice, of thier own accord, of a measly 400w hps set-up. HOWEVER, if you do go blabbing about your grow, or one of your neighbors complains, those are your biggest worries.

as for a-dam bud, its just different genetics man, different part of the country. they know whats up in amsterdam, the bud is bomb! they are able to dedicate and give more to their ganja plants, and are able to expierment more with it freely, that would be my guess as to why a-dam bud is different than bud wherever your from.
