Ahh, I think I killed this one...pics...

This was my first time ever transplanting/growing anything, and well I learned a lot lastnight. Just FYI, I was moving to 3 gallon pots, with Foxfarm Ocean forest. Basically I took the smaller slightly weaker looking plant to move first, which was smart after the fact, BUT I lost a large ammount of thin roots on the first one, not nearly as bad on the second plant move. Anyway, here are the shots...do you think it can recover??

So in order you have the setup before moving to new pots.

Pic #2 is about 30 minutes after transplant.

Pic #3 is 10 hours after transplant.

Pic #4 is a shot of the other plant after transplant...this one went much easier, obviously.

I will post again tomorow after I get more shots...next will be at 24 hours...man I hope it comes back.

My 2 plants are about a 2weeks old, maybe a few days more, under 150-232 watts of floro depending on temps that day...trying to get that under control, but I range from 68-82 currently.

Just looking at my own pics, I can see in pic #3 the bottom and top leaves look better, but the middle row is drooped and flapping about.

They will both be fine, just ry to keep them in nice consistent growing conditions for a few days to keep stress to a minimum. The only thing I really see in what you wrote above is the temps. 68-82 is a pretty wide range for the temps to vary (unless you're talking 68 at night 82 during the day, but I'm assuming they're under 24/0 right now.) I know when I first tried cloning my God Bud plant all the leaves drooped down, and I thought she was dead for sure. But, after about 36 hours of some TLC she was perked back up again. Good luck man.

Thanks for putting my mind at ease! I agree that is a wide temp range. My GF is a heat freak and will get the appartment up to 90 and over at times...she is not making this easy on me. I have many spare lights, and can add remove them as needed and temps dictate. I COULD keep a pretty consistent mid 70's if not for her, damn GF's...lol! I will keep on trying to get my temps regulated.

Got another question if you have the time. As you see I just went to Foxfam soil after about 2 weeks of veg. Should I be waiting another 2 weeks from yesterday to begin feeding?? I read general rule only water for 2-3 weeks, then start fert slowly, but this is new soil??!!

Awesome, thanks chimera! That's what I was thinking/logic dictated, but always good to have confirmation.

As a rule, is it better to just look for signs of the plant wanting food instead of counting days/weeks?? Or is that bad to let the plants get deficient in some nutrient before feeding it?? I am over thinking this man. I'll give just water for another few weeks, take pic's, and let the pro's (or chimera my personal ganga guardian, big props to you chimera) diag and let me know the next step!

along with a (hopefully) constant temp, try to keep the amount of light from fluctuating alot. imo you're better off leaving them with less cfl's then to have say 10 on it one day and 3 the next because of heat reasons. cfl's don't put out too much heat, so invest in a small ossilating fan and keep all the lights on.

The most I had to turn off was 1 42watt cfl. I have a constant 150CFL with a big ol Sunshade reflector, and 2 2foot floros only 40watts always on the time, never turned off at all. I am making an exhaust to push out any hot air this weekend, so I'll be having fun playing with that...hopefully I'll be able to stuff more lighting in there too...thanks for the tip istandalone.
Oh, and good news, kinda, the GF will be working late like every day for a while...so that is good news for even temps around here!!!
