quickest processing method?

i've been doing some reading and searching around the site and haven't found a straight to the point answer for my questions. what is the quickest possibly grow time from seed to harvest for a plant? (i know there is no def. answer just looking for a few week window) also would like to know which growing method is the best way for quick production. looking to make several produces per year indoor of course. always had a problem with my plants wanting to grow hieght instead of bushing to, think i found the cause to be my light causing them to stretch after some research on here. will topping also effect hieght in a pretty big way? i've actually done some with topping and done some without and haven't got no big notable results.

I'll try to help out where i can... But like everyone, i have my methods and opinions...

what is the quickest possibly grow time from seed to harvest for a plant?

The strain i've got (was told by the 'clone donar' is apparently bubblegum) could probably be flowered at 4 weeks from seed, and takes 8 or so weeks to bud. Flowering a small plant in my situation would be dumb because it wouldn't fill the space.

which growing method is the best way for quick production?

Having a separate flower area and veg/clone area, cloning!, timing! If you wanna get the ball rolling you gotta clone and you need 2 areas! SOG, SCROG whatever.

always had a problem with my plants wanting to grow hieght instead of bushing to, think i found the cause to be my light causing them to stretch

Could also be STRAIN related, i've seen big differences from strain to strain.
Low intensity lighting is for slow stretchy growth, High intensity lighting is for rapid dense growth. I use both types for their different traits. 2x52 watt CFL's to root and veg my next 'producer', and a 600HPS to flower my current 'producer'. yep, one plant at a time, one pound at a time! clones of clones of clones.

will topping also effect hieght in a pretty big way?

Topping certainly can affect height in a big way. You've gotta think along the lines of every branch on a dope plant... is a dope plant. You can cut one off, let it grow roots, aka cloning. Or you can trim the fuck out of a plant leaving 2 roughly equal branches... and they will grow to be 2 roughly equal tops. You'll get the hang of it over time. If topping for you in the past didn't seem to do much, try bending the fuckin thing over. The side branches will reach for the sky and become main tops.

Hope i'm being helpful, sick_greg
