HPS, MH, CF lights bad for skin?
Does anyone know for certain how exposure to high wattage of any of these lights affects human skin? I ask because I sit and do yoga with my plants and I am concerned about the effects of prolonged exposure.

because these lights presumably don't have very much intensity at all in the UV bandwidths, you should be fine. It'll be just like staying in the sun, except no need for sunscreen since you're not getting any UV rays - those are the ones that do almost all of the damage. yoga with your plants must be a very relaxing thing! I'm sure it's super chill for both you and your plants
