Hydr0 newb, Bubble or Drip?

Hello i am new to hydro and want to try it out..

I dont want to spend a lot of money on it so im going to buy from a small store that makes the systems from wal mart products

What is the difference between a Bubble system and a Drip system?
Would I notice any difference in speed of growth or yield between the two?

Do the bubble systems make a loud bubble noise? Or is it barely noticeable?
This is a stealth grow so it can't really be loud at all.

Do the drip systems make any noise?
