ive grown before about 14 years ago we hade 3 1000w on 3 light movers 3rows of 14 trays 4 plants plants per tray the smoke was the best i ever had. the buds on top were about 12inchs alone

a guy at work had a friend with 3 mothers and needed a home and me and my bud rented a house did this for 18 months.

now i want to grow about 9 plants using a 400 watt -600 watts light ,
i need good recommendations on what lights to use i will use 3 trays so 3 plants per tray.
also need a good choice of bud in the post above the plants grew about 3-4 feet in height and we got about 1/2 oz to 3/4 oz plant easy, thats what im looking to do now.
any help would be greatly apprietiated.

yo it all starts with good genetics. You want quality, quantity, or a little bit of both?! Go for some nevilles haze or c99. Both a nyce compromise between quality and quantity.
