anyways, before anybody starts i already searched and searched and i cant find a good answer. i want to know if too much co2 is bad. i read in a couple of places too much cant harm and then a couple said it could. i grew once before and this is my second time indoors. its just two plants in a phototron with some tweaks. i just want to know if there could be too much co2 in there with a 4in fan blowing constantly through it? my temps stay in the 70's with the humidity in the mid 30's to low 40's. my babies are about three weeks old and 7 inches tall. occasionally the leaves droop and if i leave the fan off for a couple hours they stand back up, its weird. any and all advice would be greatly appreciated. thanks.

If your not supplying it with co2 then its not getting too much. Infact, its proly getting too little.

I had a CO2 valve go bad in my grow closet and it dumped out a 20 pound bottle. My grow is 100% air tight. I was away when it happened, so it sat for 3 to 4 days (guessing). My meter was just blinking when I opened the grow. After a few minutes the meter came back on-line and said it was 4000ppm.

The plants loved it.
I was doing soil back then. I don't think hydro would be ok with no air going to the roots. The roots require O2 not CO2.

2000PPM of CO2 is considered to be best for plant growth. Normal room CO2 levels are between 350-450ppm.

probably not possible to have too much without it affecting you.... unless u never went in there
