7 inch pots

Hi people

im currently on my first grow a Dutch Passion Blueberry, has`nt been the best grow at the beggining a fed it to much nutrient which caused burning to every leaf on the plant i also think it stressed the plant and caused it to grow slower coz its been veging for about 9 weeks which seemed like forever to me. Fortunatly it did turn out to be female and it is starting to flower now regardless of how scaby it looks. what can you expect from your first grow.
Anyway on to pot size, is a 7 inch pot gonna be suitable throughout the whole grow of a plant? i,e if it becomes root bound what sort of problems could it cause the plant.....

Cheers

http://homegrown.freewebpage.org havent been updating my pictures there.

I would if i were you move up in pot size for flowering, this will

1. help the plant rebound from nute burn as the roots would go into newer unnuted soil
2. allow more roots to grow, thereby helping to heal the plant during flowering
3. bigger is just better

I agree, i just finished up a grow in 8" diameter by 10" tall pots and i can tell you that root bind definitely limited my plant size and yield. If you are concerned with space use a bigger pot with some LSTing. but you must get them in bigger pots if you want a good yield.
