question about seeds
i have 6 plants right now, the seeds of which were bought in canada for a pretty good sum of money. since it'd be a waste to not keep something of the genetic line for myself, i've decided to seed some of the bud. i'm pretty sure one or two of them are male, or at least hermaphrodite, so i'll have something to breed them with. i'll have the males away, so that i can hand pollinate the plants and bud areas i want seeded. but here's my problem. i like my bud very psychadelic, without much lethargy, so i harvest a little earlier than usual (about 95% milky trichomes, 5% red). i know the seeds take longer to mature than the bud, so i need to know how long after the main harvest when to cultivate the 1-2 branches that will be seeded. any rough estimate will be good. i just don't wanna wait too long and get good seeds with way-overdue bud; plus, i'm gonna try to switch them back to vegitative cycle, so i want as little leeway time as possible. thanks a ton.
and i can't do cuttings because my grow area isn't set up to support that kind of growing.
