First things first

Transplant into separate pots (2-3 gal pots)
and more perilite to your soil
and continue exactally as you have been doing

now go to the beginners forum and do a shitload of reading including the stickies, you have a lot to learn before you go any farther and all your questions have been previously answered a dozen times and a ton more issues you havent even considered

dont worry you'll know when you ready after doing some reading,
and there are plenty of qualified people to advise you & clarify any questions you may have when you have the right questions

If I were you after you transplant into seperate pots I would flower them. That way you will know if they are female. If they show white pistils they are female. If they show clusters of balls they are male. You probably already knew that, but I told ya just in case you didn't know. If they end up being female you can then decide wether you want to continue flowering, or switch back to veg to get them a little bigger before flowering again. Hope this helps
