cfls

CFL, compact flourescent lighting is the way to go if you arent going with HPS or MH lights.

go into walmart and ask for cfls most if not all carry them. they use less energy and put out more light than regular bulbs.

or you could do a lighting search on GC to find out more about cfls

I've used CF lights in the past. Basically the more the better... the 42w spiral CF lights work pretty good when paired up with clamp fixtures. As mentioned above walmart should have what you are looking for or the home depot would also have what you need. As far as the warm or cool, one of each is good... but two of each is better ;o)
