small grow

The maximum height for my plants to grow is about 16" in my limited space but to make up for it im planning on growing more plants per square foot...I'm just startin out with about 480 watts of floros and i was wondering 1.) if i were to only grow 1' tall plants how many could i pack into my 4'x2.5' ground space without crowding? 2.) how will potancy be effected...will smaller plants be less potent. 3.) What height should i flower so not to pass 14" 4.)Can canyone gimme a ballpark yield given my plans .

Just wondering if i should rethink my space or stick with my current ideas.

Thanks

You can't really put a ball park figure on it till you know what strain you are growing and then you can get a rough idea because they tell you the gram per metre square yield,
If you really can't get a taller grow space then I'd say stick with Lowryders but try to get a cross that has a bit more potential, in the growspace you described you could get away with 8-10 full-sized lowryders and they should never risk going over 16"
smaller plants aren't (as a rule) less potent they just produce less bud, lowryders produce upwards of 7grams a plants but I'd say its not a bad smoke at all, nothing to write home about taste-wise etc but it does the job.

with such a low grow space, your probably going to want to do something like scrog/top/lst. with a method like this, you can squeeze more plant into a smaller space. these methods keep the plant low and bushy which will increase your yeild.
