The warm white will work better but you still shouldnt expect really good buds with a floro

Fox,

You need warm whites for flowering.

http://www.growlighting.co.uk/envirolights.htm

If you haven't got them yet, check out this link for a supplier of envirolights. (I haven't used this company before, it's just to let you see the bulbs - you can get them in loads of places in the UK - do a search on google) You need the red spectrum bulb for flowering. I got 2oz(cured) of prime bud from 2 plants using a 125w bulb.
You don't need to use any fans as they produce very little heat and you can get them really close to the plants.

Best of luck, happy growing..........

Polski.

A couple of years late, but thanks

Those buds are long smoked by now. I got 2.3 oz from 4 plants under about 150W of fluoro lights. Not great but could've been worse.
