Hi, I ordered an item on February 9th, and got conformation that it shipped on February 14th. It is now April 12th and unfortunately I haven't received my order. My first instinct was to check the tracking number which I did and USPS had no record of the shipment. I also emailed them and they never replied, so I just sent another. I was curious if you guys have had any similar experiences or maybe guide me to someone who can help me.

With what website? this one? that seems weird when i bought a pipe from Grasscity they had it over my place within a week.

Sadly their shop is terrible imho. I've heard countless stories of people not getting what they ordered for at least a month, and there is no tracking and no customer support. Maybe if you live in the netherlands it's fine but tbh if you want to get a piece either visit a local headshop or buy from somewhere in your country.

Unfortunately, I have had nearly the exact same problem. My glass bong shipped on February 23rd and I haven't seen it yet. When I ordered the bong, I received no email confirming the order or the shipment. I was never given a tracking number. In fact, I had to login to the website to verify that it had shipped at all (they sure took the money out of my account fast though). After waiting a month, I still had nothing. I opened a support ticket and addressed the problem politely. A week later I had no response. I opened a second one and tried to be polite again. Five days went by without a response. I opened a third support ticket and was quite rude and that one got a snarky, rude response that was something to the effect of hang in there, it'll get there soon (I'm paraphrasing). I did get into contact with RMJL who basically told me the same thing, but politely this time so I didn't mind too much. I actually went and bought a bong from a local head shop today because I got tired of waiting. I don't even want the bong I ordered anymore. If there was relatively frequent contact between myself and them, checking up, them asking if my bong showed up, checking into it for me, etc., I would be way less annoyed and would consider ordering from them again. They have a cool community and cool forums but Grasscity is, unquestionably, the worst website I have ever ordered from and I've been on the Internet almost 20 years. I will never order from them again and I would encourage other people to do the same.

Yeah man my order shipped on the exact same day as yours and I still havent recieved it. Ontop of that the support ticket I filed was ignored for a week and then promptly deleted with no response or attempt to rectify the problem.
There seems to be something terribly wrong with this shop, in addition to the philosophy that they use to defend and excuse their failures. When one pays for a good or service from another party, they have every right to expect the other party to fulfill their side of the bargain. Obviously things happen, such as random disasters and seizures, but judging from the number of complaints on this board and the lack of support everyone seems to be getting it is evident that this is more than just a freak occurrence. If it takes 2 months for your products to arrive to the US than state that right next to the shipping method, dont falsely advertise and then try to subtly hide it in the fine print of your faqs. On top of that, completely ignoring a customer after theyve paid close to $100 for an order that still has not arrived after 8 weeks makes this "shop" look like a total scam. I submitted a ticket that recived no responses or answers after a week, and then was completely deleted with no explanation why. This is completely unacceptable, and the lack of competence from this shop is ridiculous.
