Would you pay for grasscity?

I seriuosly think GrassCity should be a pay site/forum. My thoughts are that grasscity makes 2 forums one you pay for and one free. Then when everyone slowly transfers to the pay forum the free one gets closed. The money grasscity gets could go towards upgradig the server or help pay for the maintanence costs.

Pros:
The forums will be smaller therefore easier to moderate
Will keep children odd the forums
There will be less imature posts
Will keep unwanted peple off the forums cops or police or watever

Cons:
you have to pay a low price
Les people would be in the forums

I would definately be willing to and it would probably cut down on the immaturity. You do make a lot of good points, but it would kind of feel weird paying for the City, ultimately it's SJ's choice and I'll go along with whatever he sees fit.

I'd be gone if we had to pay for this, but thats why they have www.grasscity.com, to keep the forums running.

i'm pretty addicted to the city, and i've only been here a short while...still don't know if i would pay though

I've been here long enough to love it, and I've donated to the City, so what's the difference between me donating and paying to use the forums? Nothing.

The answer is yes, and I think it should actully be done.

I post about my illegal marijuana smoking habits here. I dont want them to have my legal credit information. If the US can (it hasnt yet) get mark emery expedited from canada, it can expedite my information from the netherlands.

Depending on how much you'd have to pay, I'd prolly do it. It would help the immaturity that will eventually take over the city if nothing happens soon

No, And this would never happen, The city would loose alot of its members.

If it was like 5 bucks a year. I'd go for it.
