If you had to pay for a site like this my main concern would be more what if it got siezed or somethin of that nature the website might have a record from your credit cards or info. and if you have things on the site u dont want the law to see then they could find u or somethin.

If the law wants to find you, they'll find you regardless.

This site is also a SMOKE SHOP. It is made to withold credit card's and billing info. SJ uses some very good encryption keys.

if the information here was absolutely impossible to find anywhere else...then maybe....but realistically the forum itself is of no value since the majority of help flows from other members not the site.

The mods are here to enforce just that....and there are clearly stickies regarding appropriate forum etiquette.....immaturity can be found anywhere on the net...up to the mods to enforce it, or us as individuals to do what we can to discourage such behavior.

In my opinion GC wouldn't be the place it is if you had to pay, some other weed related site would end up with a lot of the users that don't wanna pay

what a disgusting concept it is in a world where poverty is rife, that things such as the freedom of information, the free exchange of information, things of such simplicity as conversation should have a price.

alex111, your idea disgusts me, and your pro/con reasoning equally so.

ps, to all those who agree with this idea, your agreement i find disgusting also, mainly due to your blindness to the unwanted effects it would have, specifically, getting rid of loads of loved vetran members and preventing/disuading new members with worthwhile input from joining also
