You do know you are ordering thousands of miles away?
Talk to an admin... Posting does nothing. If you have a problem, discuss getting your order shipped faster with SJ... or maybe Indy.

.. its not the shipping company's fault if GC dosent have their shit together.. and being thousandfs of miles away wouldnt make them take any longer to package a bowl.

Normally GC processes and ships pretty fast, every order ive placed was here in roughly 2 weeks or so...
maybe they had some problems with the processing... theres not need to make such a big deal out of it... learn some patience and dont forget its far away so it takes longer just like with 90% of the sites you order stuff off parifonaila(Spelling ?) wise...

I ordered a grinder and a rolling machine. Took like a week to ship and another week to get here, overall I was pleased with how quick it was. Only thing that kind of ticked me off was that it did say grasscity.com on the bank statement, so I got some questions from the 'rents.

Text Signatures: 4 lines normal size OR 8 lines small size and up to 90 chars per line. Font sizes above 2 are not allowed. For images in signatures: 1 image up to 300 pixels wide, 125 pixels tall and 20k in size. |

There is a forum for this, and it's not Recreational Marijuana Use, I understand you're frusterated, but what good is it going to do to bitch to us when there isn't a damn thing any of us can do about it? Maybe if you post under general feedback you'll get somewhere with this, but posting here is just going to make you look bad. I'm sure SJ or Indy willb eable to help you out, but put this where they will see it right away, not where they have to search through hundreds of other posts to get to it... and word of advice, a little diplomacy goes along way.

If you paid by money order that wouldn't surprise me to have a bit of turn around time. It also depends on how busy the shop is at any given moment too, though most orders typically require a 3 day processing period. Perhaps too the item you ordered was out of stock at the time of order?
And did you ever contact the support section of the City shop with your order number to find out why the item had not shipped? Most all problems can be sorted out with a quick email to the support section: http://shop.grasscity.com/support/ |
