Just a few days ago some guy filed a chargeback on a game he bought (he claimed the purchase was unauthorized) from me using PayPal on ebay. So PayPal takes the money and puts it in "holding" unitl the dispute is resolved. Now it was clear the guy was screwing me out of my money. The transaction occured a on January 1st, he filed the claim Feb. 2nd. He had already left me feedback which clearly showed that he had recieved the item. So I tell PayPal that and wait for a decision. What's there decision? He gets his money back. So I'm out the game and $42. Not only that, but PayPal charges ME a $10 fee for all of this! Absoluetly absurd.
 Fuck you PayPal!!

PayPal is kind of evil.
PayPal discriminates against the products that are sold at the City so PayPal isn't an option here. |

Apparently, the leader of StormPay ran off more/less... the people I know that have put money in it have yet to recieve the money they had in their account.
