First off, He's only on a TEMPORARY ban. He's been doing a lot of stuff that's no good, and he has been warned about it in the past. If he chills out, the ban will be allowed to expire, and he may return... If he persists in his past actions, the ban will be made permenant.

Yes, Gogo was placed on a temporary ban for several reasons. Its not permanent and he knows why he's temporarily been suspended from posting. Im sure he'll be back so no worries. Part of the dialogue was in the below threads.
