Order Status?
I sent an email to support@grasscity.com to try and figure out what happened to order #072599. I got no reply, would liek to know if it's canceled or if I should re-order.
The order email listed a "slow system response" issue during creduit card authorization. An update or response via email would help. |

Have you used the support section of the City shop? Contact them through that, and don't forget to include your order number. They'll get back to you in a prompt fashion.
