i kinda scared to order a bong. I was reading New York state laws on marijuana and i saw the penalty for sales or possesion of bongs and pipes, or "paraphenalia" as they call it, and it's a year in jail and a $5000 fine. Should i order?

You can't be fined or jailed just by buying a bong.. It would have to have been used..

No one else has had any problems!1
