lazy affiliate dep

hello i know this is not the place to compliant about the lazyness of the affiliate dep.

but i tried to contact them first , i go no answer
so i created a shop account and contacted the support, the support replied to me but was unable to resolve my "problem" so they followed that to the lazy guy who is supposed to deal with that, i wrote you again a resume of the story to the affiliate dep i'm still waiting for an answer and now even the support is not answering (or telling to the lazy guy to answer).

this is no a way to deal with your partners.

i'm really considering removing all link to you and putting a bad comment about your supposed support on my website, i'm very cautious about the link i give to the visitor of my site all this years i tought you we're serious but i can see you are not really.

PS: before you hold the gun and shoot at me let me tell you that i'm lazy too , so for me lazy is not an insult in any way, just a fact, i'm lazy but i run selling website too and i keep time to answer (FAST) to my clients and partners (i never forget that they fullfill my fridge)
