hi

My order has been in pre-shipping for 6 days now, and i tried to send a support request 4 times, but it wont let me. i need to make sure that i get my order before the 30th or all hell is gonna break loose in my household. so if someone can help me, or tell me why the support hasent been working right, that would be great.

we have answered all your support request the last couple, of days, fact is you have chosen to pay by cash or checks, I can't see right now if you have paid or not (i will figure that out tomorrow) but if you did, than the money could not have reached us earlier than last saturdday and in that case it ismore thna logical it has not been shipped. I'll mail oyu your order stauts tomorrow!
