Grasscity Customer Service Sucks

I placed an order for a basic slide for my bong over two months ago. I have not received the package, nor have I had any communication from the store regarding where it is and why it's taking so fucking long. I had to sign up for a support account just to send them an email and I have heard nothing back for a week.

Absolutely fucking pathetic. Don't get me wrong, the forum is awesome but as far as I'm concerned, the store is a joke. What's everyone elses experience with this?

Ive heard of people in the website feedback not getting their packages for that long, but they ended up getting it all sorted out. Try contacting one of the admins/owners.

I ordered 3 pieces, and a grinder I hope this does not happen to me.

Sorry for your inconvinence dude I hope you get it all sorted out.

Completely wrong section, and did you PM superjoint? After all you live in AUSTRALIA. The shop is located in Holland.

The shop shipped within two weeks when I ordered, great product and got very prompt responses when PMing superjoint. Excellent customer service from Grasscity.

I'm aware of the fact that there are likely to be significant logistics involved which is why I waited two months before sending an email. I couldn't just send an email, I had to create a support account to do so; ridiculous. Thankyou for the superjoint tip, obviously without posting as I have on this board, I would have had no idea that this was how one went about tracking a package.

Or you could have used the Search function to look up one of the numerous threads which people asked the same question many times and you would have quickly found out to PM superjoint, or at least a little better you could have started the thread in the convenient "Feedback Section".
